SA10-07-15-40AW

ACRALOCK SA10-07AW, SA10-15AW and SA10-40AW are three similar base methacrylate adhesives (Component A), that only differ by working time range.  These base adhesives are UV stabilized and when used at a 10:1 mix ratio with our bright white activator ACT-6BWHT (Component B), can provide a white cured color that has resistance to effects of UV exposure.  These adhesive products also provide high shear strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites, plastics and metals (see all notes on back).  ACRALOCK adhesives, manufactured by Engineered Bonding Solutions, LLC., are packaged in 50ml and 490ml dual cartridges as well as 5 & 50-gallon containers for application with meter-mix dispensing equipment.

    ACRALOCK SA10-50A, SA10-100A are two separate high viscosity, based methacrylate adhesives (Component A). Formulated to use with several activators (Component B) and mixed at a ratio of 10:1. The SA10-50A is used for shorter working time and SA10-100A is used for longer working time. By choosing from four different strength activators, the user can more readily dial into a specific working time range for specific assembly application requirements. These products are designed with high gap filling capabilities and with high strength when adhered to assemblies of thermoset composites, plastics and are formulated to be primerless on most metal surfaces (see all notes on back). Fibertack MT-1

    Fiber Tack MT-1 is a NON-HAP proprietary reactive based polymer spray tack adhesive that is design to bond dry reinforcements and composite matrices including cores in place prior to introducing resin through various processes like resin infusion, RTM, VARTM, RTM Light or fiberglass pre-forms. MT-1 is uniquely formulated to be compatible, with most resin systems mainly polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins1, 2. The product is solvent based and after spraying builds tack within seconds and will be tack free in approximately 2-3 minutes1. Packaging options include pint sample, quart and 5 gallon or 55 gallon containers. Aerosol packaging options available!
